IKO Industries Ltd. seeks a Financial Analyst, Plant Finance to partner with plant management and regional finance for insights and accurate reporting. You will support month-end close, analyze plant results, and drive cost awareness across operations.

The role emphasizes building relationships with operations teams, developing KPIs, and forecasting. A manufacturing background and strong Excel/ERP skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting; MBA preferred.
• CPA, CMA, or equivalent designation preferred or in progress.
• 3–5+ years of progressive financial analysis or accounting in manufacturing.
• Working knowledge of cost accounting, management accounting, and budgeting.
• Understanding of IFRS and GAAP.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (JDE preferred) and intermediate to advanced Excel.

Responsabilités

• Support month-end close activities for assigned plants, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly operating statements with analysis and commentary.
• Validate BOM and raw material usage data for cost accuracy.
• Develop, analyze, and report manufacturing product costs.
• Provide financial analysis to plant management to aid decision-making.
• Track KPIs and monitor compliance with plant processes.
