Job summary

Candidates must complete a company-provided assessment. This temp-to-perm role is fully on-site with occasional travel, 4-5 month assignment length, and a base hourly pay range of $28-$32 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance.
• Two years of financial or accounting experience preferred.
• Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Fully on-site in an office environment; occasional travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Process North America contractor and customer rebates accurately and on time.
• Track monthly contractor SPIFF and Volume Buy rebate amounts and data.
• Prepare and distribute monthly rebate report to sales personnel.
• Review rebate programs for accuracy and resolve exceptions with sales.
• Support quarterly and year-end rebate accruals.
• Assist with rebate program payment processing.
• Partner with Sales & Marketing on pricing proposals and rebates.
• Develop pricing review process with gross-to-net impact analysis.
• Audit pricing and rebate rules for calculation accuracy.
• Update sales and rebate databases and verify invoices.
• Contribute to project implementations and shared services needs.
