Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate or bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering Technology, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Experience in construction coordination environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project documentation and track RFIs, submittals, and drawings.
• Review rebar shop drawings against structural drawings for accuracy.
• Support production and field teams with current project information.
• Communicate priorities and resolve documentation issues to prevent delays.
• Assist in project meetings and site visits as required.
• Maintain file structures and document control throughout the project lifecycle.
