Job summary

QXO in Dallas is seeking a Project Manager – Rebar Detailing to lead reinforcing steel detailing projects from blueprint review through fabrication and delivery. This role combines project management with technical detailing and requires coordinating with customers, fabrication, scheduling, and field teams to ensure on-time, quality completion.

You will prepare accurate placement drawings, material takeoffs, and fabrication documentation, interpret engineering plans, and maintain revision

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of project management experience within construction or related industries.
• Experience with rebar detailing, structural steel detailing, or reinforcing steel fabrication preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, blueprints, and contract documents.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee detailing projects from award through completion.
• Prepare reinforcing steel placement drawings and material takeoffs.
• Coordinate with customers, fabrication, scheduling, and field teams.
• Maintain project documentation, revisions, RFIs, and change orders.
• Ensure drawings comply with standards and customer specifications.
