Job summary

Beacon Roofing Supply, Inc. seeks an experienced project manager to oversee 15–25 rebar and post‑tension projects, from small commercial to multi‑million‑dollar work lasting up to two years.

You will coordinate from estimating handoff through fabrication, delivery, installation, and closeout, review drawings and specs, and partner with customers, general contractors, and internal teams. You will also track schedules, budgets, and material releases, manage change orders, and maintain strong

• Direct experience managing reinforcing steel and/or post‑tension construction projects is required.
• Strong understanding of rebar fabrication, detailing, scheduling, and installation processes.
• Ability to manage multiple active projects in various stages of completion.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work fully onsite.
• Experience using aSa software.

• Ensure projects meet company quality, safety, and customer service expectations.

• Experience working with reinforcing steel fabricators, post‑tension suppliers, or specialty concrete contractors.
