Job summary

White Cap Management LLC is seeking a hands-on Rebar Fabricator to manufacture customized reinforcing steel products per work orders and tag specifications. The role involves safe operation of fabrication equipment, material handling, and preparing items for shipment in an industrial setting.

Responsibilities include setting up machinery, inspecting output, organizing materials, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met in both indoor and outdoor environments.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Ability to read basic work orders and rebar tags clearly.
• Commitment to safety policies and quality standards.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate rebar products per work orders and tag specs.
• Set up and safely operate rebar fabrication equipment.
• Stack and organize materials to match production flow.
• Inspect finished materials for accuracy and conformance to specs.
• Identify defects and adjust processes as needed.
• Prepare shipments with protective packaging to prevent damage.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety procedures.
• Work outdoors and indoors as required, subject to weather.
