White Cap is seeking a hands-on production associate to fabricate reinforced steel (rebar) products in Orlando, FL. You will set up and operate fabrication equipment, follow work orders, and ensure quality standards while handling materials safely.

This role involves indoor/outdoor work, lifting up to 50 pounds, and following safety policies. Prior experience in rebar fabrication is preferred; forklift or overhead crane certification is a plus, and 0–2 years of experience is acceptable.

Qualifikationen

• HS Diploma or GED preferred.
• 0–2 years of experience in the area of responsibility.
• Ability to read basic work orders and rebar tags.
• Forklift and/or overhead crane certification preferred where applicable.
• Use of PPE is required.

Aufgaben

• Fabricates reinforcing steel (rebar) products according to work orders and tag specifications.
• Sets up and safely operates rebar fabrication equipment (shears, benders, automated bending machines).
• Stacks, bands, and organizes fabricated materials per production flow and supervisor direction.
• Inspects finished materials for accuracy and conformance to specs.
• Prepares completed products for shipment with protective materials.
