Job summary

White Cap Management LLC in Florida is seeking a hands-on production teammate to manufacture customized rebar products per work orders and customer specs. You will operate rebar fabrication equipment, inspect finished materials, and prepare shipments while following safety policies.

This is a physical role that may involve outdoor work and lifting up to 50 pounds. Requirements include HS diploma or GED and 0–2 years of experience, plus the ability to read shop drawings and rebar tags with

Qualifications

HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred.
0–2 years of experience in rebar fabrication or steel manufacturing.
Ability to read rebar tags, shop drawings, or production work orders with minimal supervision.
Experience setting up or troubleshooting fabrication equipment.
Strong attention to detail to prevent rework and waste.

Responsibilities

Fabricate reinforcing steel (rebar) products according to work orders and tag specs.
Set up and safely operate rebar fabrication equipment.
Stack, band, stage, and organize materials per production flow.
Inspect finished materials for accuracy against specifications.
Identify defects and adjust processes accordingly.
Prepare products for shipment with protective packaging.
Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow PPE requirements.
