Job summary

White Cap is seeking a hands-on worker to manufacture customized rebar products in alignment with work orders and customer specs. The role involves operating fabrication equipment, material handling, and preparing finished products for shipment in an industrial setting.

Responsibilities include inspecting materials, making adjustments as needed, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace while following company safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read basic work orders and rebar tags.
• Experience with fabrication machinery is a plus.
• PPE use and safety training required.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate rebar products per work orders and tag specs.
• Set up and operate rebar fabrication equipment safely.
• Stack, band, and stage materials following production flow.
• Inspect finished materials for accuracy and quality.
• Prepare products for shipment with protective materials.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and report hazards.
• Work indoors and outdoors with varying weather conditions.
