Job summary

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred.
• 0-2 years of experience in rebar fabrication or a related production environment.
• Forklift and/or overhead crane certification required, where applicable.
• Use of PPE is required.

Responsibilities

• Fabricates reinforcing steel (rebar) products according to work orders and rebar tag specifications.
• Sets up and safely operates rebar fabrication equipment, such as shears, benders, and automated bending machines.
• Inspects finished materials visually and through standard measurements to ensure accuracy and conformance to specifications.
• Prepares completed products for shipment using protective materials to prevent damage during transport.
• Maintains a clean, safe, and organized work area, adhering to safety policies and promptly reporting hazards.
