Job summary

Snelling Austin is seeking a motivated candidate for a hands-on role in our rebar shop. You will assist with fabrication, cutting, bending and loading of rebar materials, operate hand tools and machines safely, and inspect materials using a tape measure for accuracy.

A clean workspace and strict adherence to PPE and safety rules are essential. You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, work Saturdays when needed, and collaborate with team members while growing with the company.

• Ability to read numbers and use a tape measure accurately.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in fabrication, cutting, bending, and loading of rebar materials.
• Operating hand tools, machines, and equipment accurately, efficiently, and safely.
• Measuring and inspecting rebar using a tape measure for accuracy.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Following all safety guidelines and wearing required PPE.
• Supporting team members and assisting in various tasks as directed by supervisors.
