Qualifications

• GS-07 requires 1 year specialized experience at GS-05 or equivalent, or graduate education.
• GS-09 requires 1 year specialized experience at GS-07 or equivalent, or a Master's/2 years graduate education, or equivalent.
• GS-11 requires 1 year specialized experience at GS-09 or equivalent, or Ph.D./3 years graduate education, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Perform and advise on applying, capturing, and accounting for funds for real property acquisition, MILCON, minor construction, maintenance and disposal actions.
• Apply knowledge of real property laws, regulations, and procedures; analyze and recommend solutions for complex property issues.
