Job summary

Mano Lani LLC is seeking a Realty Specialist to perform acquisitions, management, and disposal of government real property at Nellis AFB. Requires knowledge of federal, DoD, and Air Force laws; will handle easements, leases, and permits to ensure compliant, cost-effective transactions.

The role involves inventories, data analysis, and coordination with RPO/RPAO, with a requirement for an active Secret clearance and the ability to engage with multiple stakeholders across public and private

Qualifications

• Familiarity with real property interests, easements, leases, and permits.
• Strong written and oral communication for reporting to the RPO/RPAO.
• Experience with inventories, inspections, and best-use determinations.

Responsibilities

• Conducts physical inventories and compliance inspections of facilities.
• Assists in recommending space utilization, consolidation, or demolition options.
• Reviews and recommends land use by entities for new/realigned mission requests.
• Updates non-spatial real property data and floor plans in reporting tools.
