Job summary

Walmart Realty is seeking a Realty Project Coach to join the Realty Execution team. You will own store and club remodels, new stores and clubs, and special projects across the US, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and top quality.

You will partner with store leads to supervise hourly team members and manage escalations. You will travel frequently, lead cross-functional collaboration, and mentor associates, driving projects from planning through completion in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field and 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area OR 3 years of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Own execution of store and club remodels, new store projects, and special initiatives across the US.
• Communicate plans, changes, and obstacles to key stakeholders; supervise hourly team members and handle escalations.
