Job summary

Swarm Aero is redefining air power, building the largest swarming UAV network and the command controls to mobilize thousands of autonomous assets. You will work across the stack on stateful, real-time systems that stay responsive under degraded communications, from interface layers to services behind them, building telemetry and scheduling solutions.

Qualifications

• Solid fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, concurrency, networking, and systems.
• Proven ability to ship features end-to-end with strong CI/CD and DevSecOps mindset.
• Experience building hard things: renderer, emulator, game, compiler, multiplayer server, or robotics project.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship features in the C2 system that directs swarms of heterogeneous aircraft.
• Work on systems that hold state and stay responsive when comms degrade.
• Move between the interface layer and services, following the problem, not a job description.
• Prototype new ways to represent and control telemetry, sensor data, and scheduling.
• Take features end-to-end from rough problem to deployment.
• Ship early and often with strong CI/CD and DevSecOps practices.
