Job Juncture seeks a data scientist to lead analytics for gaming initiatives in a dynamic, real-time environment. You will own key KPIs, develop dashboards, and translate insights into actionable strategies affecting game performance and player behavior.

The role emphasizes speed, curiosity, and judgment as you work with game designers, product teams, and leadership to influence decisions in real time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Applied Math, Data Science, or related field.
• Proficiency with SQL, Tableau or Power BI, Excel, and Python or R.
• Experience with A/B testing and performance measurement.
• Experience influencing decisions, not just reporting numbers.
• Comfort working with incomplete or evolving data.

Responsibilities

• Own game and business KPIs, from definition through ongoing optimization.
• Build and evolve dashboards and analytics used daily by Game Design and Leadership.
• Analyze player behavior, game performance, and experiments (A/B testing).
• Quickly identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities — and act on them.
• Translate complex data into clear, compelling stories that drive decisions.
• Partner closely with Game Designers, Product, and Management in a rapid-iteration environment.
