Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Applied Math, Data Science, or related field.
• Proficiency with SQL, BI tools (Tableau/Power BI) and Excel.
• Experience with Python or R for data analysis.
• Experience with A/B testing and performance measurement.

Responsibilities

• Own game and business KPIs from definition through ongoing optimization.
• Build and evolve dashboards and analytics used daily by Game Design and Leadership.
• Analyze player behavior, game performance, and experiments (A/B testing).
• Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities and act on them in real time.
• Translate complex data into clear, compelling stories that drive decisions.

What This Role Does

• Owngame and business KPIs, from definition through ongoing optimization

• Quickly identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities - and act on them

• Translate complex data intoclear, compelling storiesthat drive decisions

What We're Looking For

• Stronganalytical instinctsand the ability to problem-solve independently

• Comfort working withincomplete or evolving data

• Experience influencing decisions, not just reporting numbers
