Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a details-driven real estate advisory analyst in Colorado. You will support consulting, development and investment advisory, and transaction management, while assisting with feasibility studies, pro forma modeling, and incentive analysis.

You will conduct market research, site benchmarking, and highest and best use analyses, preparing client presentations and proposals. Collaboration with project teams and stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree with emphasis in finance, real estate, real estate development/finance, urban planning or related field
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
• Detail-oriented with interpersonal, problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills
• Experience assisting in development or construction projects is preferred
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship, except bilingual candidates in Japanese/English or Chinese/English

Responsibilities

• Support real estate advisory services including real estate consulting, development advisory, investment advisory, and transaction management
• Assist with development feasibility studies, pro forma modeling, and incentive analysis
• Conduct market research and benchmarking for site selection, highest and best use analysis, and economic impact studies
• Prepare client presentations, reports, and proposals
• Participate in internal and client meetings; take notes and track action items
• Coordinate project schedules, budgets, and procurement documentation
• Analyze zoning, entitlement, and permitting requirements for due diligence and risk mitigation
• Collaborate with project managers, financial analysts, and design/construction professionals
• Analyze and underwrite potential new investment opportunities
• Research real estate trends, policy changes, and development incentives
• Enhance client relationships through service, follow-up, and successful project completion
