Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent work experience in Surveying related field.
• Experience with laser scanning and drone surveying.
• Knowledge of BIM/CAD workflows and point cloud data handling.

Responsibilities

• Lead 3D scanning project planning and execution.
• Coordinate BIM/VDC integration with CAD/Revit models.
• Oversee field data collection and QA/QC of deliverables.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and client communication.
