Qualifications

• Minimum of two years' experience performing laser scanning and point cloud processing.
• Experience with professional reality capture hardware and software.
• Willingness to travel and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 3D laser scanning in construction, industrial, and commercial settings.
• Capture accurate site data using reality capture tools and established workflows.
• Set up and confirm site control in coordination with survey and layout personnel.
• Process and register point cloud data; prepare scan deliverables.
• Support integration of point cloud data into Revit and AutoCAD workflows.
