Maxinsights is seeking a Senior Real2Sim Engineer to build the digital pipeline from the real world to simulation space. You will reconstruct visual and physical properties of robots and scenes, delivering SimReady assets to reduce the sim-to-real gap and support algorithm training and policy transfer to real hardware.

You will own end-to-end workflows across Isaac Sim, MuJoCo, Genesis, and Blender, calibrating materials, joints, and inertial properties while processing camera data and 3D

Qualificações

• Proficiency with at least one major simulation/graphics tool and strong knowledge of graphics and rigid-body dynamics.
• Hands-on experience with Real2Sim pipelines and asset calibration.
• Knowledge of 3D reconstruction, camera calibration, and PBR rendering.
• Ability to decompose requirements, run experiments and diagnose sim-real mismatches.
• Experience designing system identification experiments and calibrating nonlinear dynamics.

Responsabilidades

• Own the end-to-end Real2Sim workflow across Isaac Sim, MuJoCo, Genesis, Blender and other tools.
• Create, validate and iterate SimReady assets with USD/URDF/MJCF standards and calibrate physical properties.
• Process multi-modal real-world data: camera calibration, point clouds, texture and PBR calibration.
• Develop automated calibration and data-processing tools and document workflows and metrics.
• Collaborate with perception, robot learning, simulation and hardware teams to improve sim-real alignment.
• Design excitation trajectories for system identification and reproduce nonlinear dynamics.
