Job summary

Vivint in Lindon, UT seeks a Command Center Specialist in Workforce Management to monitor real-time performance, coordinate staffing, manage incidents and service level risks, and partner with Ops and Tech teams to maintain customer care excellence.

Responsibilities include real-time adjustments, incident coordination, producing operational reports, and driving continuous improvement while supporting staffing needs and ensuring SLA adherence.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with ability to influence across all levels.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced operations environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer real‑time workforce management processes to support customer experience and SLAs.
• Monitor queue health, staffing performance, adherence, workload, and service levels.
• Execute real‑time workforce adjustments including schedules, staffing reallocations, overtime and skill management.
• Identify and elevate service level risks and operational disruptions to leadership.
• Serve as primary coordinator for incidents, outages, and events affecting performance.
