Job summary

Vivint Smart Home, an NRG owned company, is seeking a full-time WFM Coordinator to support NIS and Sales Operations with data input, staffing planning, and real-time adherence monitoring.

The role collaborates with HR Business Partners and Sales Support to forecast needs, manage schedules and holidays, handle WFM tickets, and ensure SLA performance while delivering strong customer service. On-site in Provo, Utah, with an opportunity to influence staffing decisions.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Strong coordination and organizational skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with HR and Sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Input & upload metrics for daily and weekly forecasting models.
• Create schedules, manage corrections, and oversee holidays and WFM tasks.
• Handle same-day schedule changes and coaching requests while maintaining relationships with partners.
