Pantheon is a remote-forward software company building a real-time, collaborative content platform. As a Software Engineer II, you will help define the product, build features end-to-end across backend services, APIs, and frontend systems, and work with a small, senior team that values craft and impact.

You will ship features, participate in design discussions, write tests, and integrate AI tooling into the workflow.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Solid full-stack capability with production code on backend and frontend.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship full-stack features across backend services, APIs, and frontend interfaces.
• Write clean, well-tested, maintainable code with shared ownership of quality.
• Contribute to technical design discussions and architectural decisions as an active participant.
• Collaborate closely with product and design to translate requirements into working software.
• Integrate AI tooling into your development workflow and into the product itself.
• Participate in code review and help maintain a high engineering bar across the team.
