You will design and maintain systems for margin, collateral, haircuts, funding, and risk reporting. The role requires building end-to-end workflows, real-time data feeds, and scalable SQL-backed solutions, partnering with Treasury, Operations, Risk, and Technology to turn complex requirements into production-grade software.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional software development experience, predominantly in Python.
• Hands-on experience with treasury, margin, and/or collateral systems.
• Background in a bank, broker-dealer, prime brokerage, buy-side, or trading firm.
• Strong SQL and relational database skills, with Oracle and/or SQL Server a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Design Python-based systems for treasury, margin, and collateral operations.
• Own end-to-end workflows for margin, collateral, haircuts, and financing.
• Implement and enhance processes for margin lending, repo, and stock loan.
• Develop and maintain cash movement, funding, and exposure reporting tools.
• Build and supporting data feeds and reconciliations across financing platforms.
• Deliver real-time and near-real-time reporting capabilities.
• Automate manual treasury and financing processes for operations users.
• Create scenario and what-if analysis tools for treasury decision-makers.
• Partner directly with Treasury, Operations, Risk, and Technology stakeholders.
• Translate user requirements into robust, production-ready systems.
• Tune SQL and relational database interactions for performance and reliability.
• Support and iterate on existing treasury and financing platforms.
