Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in CS or related field.
• Proven experience architecting large-scale, real-time systems.
• Experience with REST APIs, CI/CD and microservices.
• Active U.S. Secret clearance.
• Proficiency in Rust and modern C++ and embedded systems.

• Define and drive the architectural vision for large-scale, real-time software systems.
• Lead design and implementation of real-time embedded Rust at production scale.
• Make high-leverage trade-offs across performance, modularity, and maintainability.
• Mentor senior engineers; set coding standards and CI/CD practices.
• Engage with customers to ensure mission-critical outcomes.
• Troubleshoot complex issues spanning software, math, sensors, and networking.
• Contribute to all phases of software lifecycle including prototyping and deployment.
• Help shape hiring and technical growth as the organization scales.
