Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience testing high‑tech vehicles, robotics, or agricultural products.
• Familiarity with maintenance, repair, and reprogramming of heavy equipment.
• Experience translating system and customer needs into testable requirements.
• Solid understanding of software complexity and system architecture interaction.
• Scrappiness and perseverance; able to adapt in uncertain situations.

Responsibilities

• Build detailed test plans; compile and analyze test results; draw conclusions and make recommendations.
• Work closely with Blue River and John Deere engineering teams to establish holistic tests and drive feature improvements.
• Plan and guide integration of complex multidisciplinary robotic systems with multiple engineering groups.
• Evaluate product failures using advanced engineering techniques.
• Install and integrate software at system and subsystem levels.
• Perform exploratory testing to identify test plan gaps.
