Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Emergency Management, Risk Management, Security, or related field and 1 year’s experience in security, emergency management, risk management, law enforcement, fire service, or related area OR 3 years’ experience in security, emergency management, risk management, law enforcement, fire service, or related area
• Experience in security operations, intelligence analysis, emergency management, risk monitoring, or a related field
• Strong experience in real-time risk monitoring and information management
• Experience using Dataminr, Factal, ESRI data catalog, and open-source/government sources
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with ability to make decisions under time pressure
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfort working in a 24/7 operational environment with shifting priorities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and incident management or reporting systems
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
• Availability for an overnight shift
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, 24/7/365 environment

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze real-time risks using OSINT, internal systems, and third-party alerting tools
• Track global and domestic risk events
• Produce clear, concise written incident reports and oral intelligence briefings for leadership and stakeholders
• Manage competing demands and shifting priorities
• Collect, evaluate, and synthesize intelligence from open-source, internal, and third-party sources
• Create concise incident reports and briefs
• Build and maintain collaborative relationships with Global Security teams and business partners
• Support crisis, risk, and emergency management and Walmart’s global business resilience
• Identify, validate, and escalation real-time risks affecting associates, customers, assets, operations, or reputation
