Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant experience and a technical degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong programming skills in C++ and Python.
• Solid foundation in linear algebra, probability, statistics, and related math.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Top Secret SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement advanced tracking algorithms for air and missile threats.
• Develop real-time software that processes radar data and maintains multiple tracks.
• Build modeling and simulation environments to validate tracking performance.
• Collaborate with radar engineers to integrate solutions into defense systems.
• Optimize software for performance-critical environments where milliseconds matter.
• Present technical trade-offs to cross-functional teams and leadership.
• Support customer demonstrations and field tests to ensure deployment success.
