Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in biology, chemistry or related field required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a science field desired.
• Pharmaceutical and FDA regulated experience required.
• Experience with investigations, CAPA systems, QA operations and QC analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead deviations, non-conformances investigations.
• Author investigation reports with minimal guidance.
• Ensure timely investigations compliant with SOPs/policies.
• Interview SMEs across shifts to assess quality impact.
• Coordinate immediate actions with QA and management.
• Develop CAPA actions with cross-functional teams.
• Provide training on investigations to QA and other departments.
• Act as liaison during client calls and audits.

Education
