Qualifications

• Ability to use police computer systems (CAD, RMS, NCIC/CCIC).
• Ability to use MS Office Suite, including word processing and spreadsheets.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
• Ability to be flexible in day-to-day job assignments.

• Ability to render credible testimony in judicial and administrative proceedings.
• Ability to interpret and synthesize real-time information from multiple data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Monitors real-time data systems including CAD, RMS, cameras, and license plate readers.
• Identifies, analyzes, and disseminates time-sensitive information to officers and supervisors.
• Operates video management systems to locate and relay suspect or vehicle movement.
• Performs real-time research using law enforcement databases and OSINT tools.
• Creates and distributes real-time bulletins, BOLOs, and intelligence summaries.
• Supports incident command with a common operating picture and updated stakeholders.
• Assists with coordination for remote assets (e.g., Drone as First Responder).
• Maintains awareness of emerging technologies and assists with PSIC system implementation.
