Job summary

You will track parts, coordinate movements, and provide real-time updates to Production and Customer Service to meet customer deadlines. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent communication, and a comfort with fast-paced manufacturing environments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems, especially SyteLine.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of manufacturing processes.
• Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong organizational skills with multi-tasking ability.
• Detail-oriented with proactive problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Track, monitor, and maintain real-time status of parts and work orders.
• Locate and verify parts on the manufacturing floor to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Provide timely updates on order status, part locations, and lead times.
• Collaborate with production supervisors to prioritize high-priority orders.
• Identify delays or bottlenecks and communicate issues for resolution.
• Maintain documentation and use Office apps and internal systems.
• Build cross-functional relationships across departments.
• Suggest process improvements to enhance production flow.
