Qualifications

• CLIA-compliant certification or B.S./equivalent in a clinical lab science.
• 2+ years in a clinical lab, including molecular or PCR testing.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-complexity real-time PCR testing per protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Collect, prepare, and analyze patient specimens.
• Document results accurately in the EMR.
• Maintain QC, calibration, and routine maintenance of lab equipment.
• Ensure compliance with CLIA, OSHA, HIPAA and infection control standards.
• Monitor inventory and manage samples for internal/external testing.
