MainStreet Family Care is seeking a Laboratory General Supervisor for the Milledgeville, GA area. You will oversee high-complexity real-time PCR testing and related laboratory procedures to deliver accurate diagnostic results that impact patient care.

Responsibilities include specimen collection and processing, documenting results in EMR, and ensuring QA, calibration, and maintenance of lab equipment. Candidates should have CLIA-compliant education and molecular/PCR experience to support patient

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical, biological, clinical, or medical laboratory science per CLIA standards.
• Two years of clinical laboratory experience including molecular/PCR testing.
• Medical laboratory certification (if applicable) or CLIA-compliant degree.

Responsibilities

• Perform CLIA high-complexity real-time PCR testing per protocols.
• Collect, prepare, process, and analyze patient specimens.
• Document results accurately in EMR.
• Maintain QA procedures, calibration, and routine equipment maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with CLIA, OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control standards.
