Job summary

TC Energy seeks a Real Time Systems (RTS) Capability Strategist to drive planning and evolution of RTS capabilities. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, Portfolio Architect, and delivery teams to define requirements, roadmaps, and investments, ensuring alignment with safety, reliability, and lifecycle considerations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of experience in Operational Technology, IT, industrial systems, business analysis or capability planning.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and evolve multi-year RTS capability roadmaps (Measurement, PI, AVEVA CONNECT, CR LINC).
• Engage stakeholders to understand challenges and opportunities for capability improvement.
• Translate business needs into capability requirements, use cases and outcome statements.
• Co-develop capability strategies with the Portfolio Architect.
• Lead governance, planning and investment discussions across teams.
• Support business case development with problem definition, options and dependencies.
• Ensure successful implementation, adoption and operation of RTS capabilities.
