AEP Service Corporation is seeking a Real Time Operations Application Support Specialist Sr to manage and support OT real-time tools and EMS/SCADA systems. You’ll help plan patches, perform maintenance, and coordinate vendor support while ensuring reliable operation of OT applications.

Role requires strong scripting, Windows Server, and database skills, with experience in incident response, disaster recovery, and 24x7 support in a utilities setting.

Qualifications

• IT/OT system administration experience for mission-critical OT apps.
• Experience supporting EMS/SCADA/ADMS/OMS systems.
• Experience with incident management and root-cause analysis.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate configuration and support of data archives and assist with platform upgrades.
• Analyze OT platform reliability and support SCADA/EMS/DMS systems.
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate vendor support; assist with patching and deployments.
• Develop scripts to deploy changes across servers (PowerShell, Python).
• Monitor logs and performance to identify issues and plan mitigations.
• Support 24x7 operations and on-call rotations for OT apps.
