Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 2 years of relevant experience with an associate’s degree; high school with 4 years’ experience accepted.
• Experience in IT/OT system administration and application support.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate data archives configuration and SCADA/EMS upgrades.
• Investigate and troubleshoot application issues with limited guidance.
• Develop scripts for deployment of changes across servers.
• Monitor logs and performance and coordinate vendor support.
• Participate in patching and maintenance with minimal downtime.
• Provide after‑hours on‑call support.
