Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT/OT or related field.
• Experience with ITSM/ServiceNow incident, change, release management processes.
• Strong understanding of OT/IT environments and real-time systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patching, software releases, and maintenance across Real-Time Systems environments.
• Own lifecycle of incidents, problems, changes, service requests, and enhancements in ServiceNow.
• Lead daily triage and coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Develop operational runbooks, procedures, and platform ownership records.
• Provide KPI reporting and status updates on service health and performance.
