Solidgate is hiring a foundational ML/AI engineer to help stand up the function from the ground up, collaborating with the ML team to shape it for real-time payment routing. You’ll work on models for high-scale transactions and integrate AI technologies to drive fintech innovation.

You will partner with Product, Engineering, and Data Platform teams, contribute to MLOps, and ship models from concept to production in a modern fintech stack.

Competenze

• 4-5+ years in ML or Data Science, with hands-on production experience in classical predictive models.
• Track record of shipping ML models end-to-end in a real product environment with business impact.
• Strong data science fundamentals and experience with A/B testing.
• Feature engineering on high-cardinality transactional data.

Mansioni

• Design and build core ML models and pipelines in a greenfield direction.
• Develop a real-time ML decisioning system with direct revenue impact.
• Conduct hands-on experimentation from idea to production and AB testing.
