Sei Labs seeks a Trading Surveillance Analyst to join as a founding member of the DCM's market regulation function. You will monitor trading activity, investigate alerts, and help build the surveillance program as the exchange goes live.

This hands-on role offers growth into more complex investigations and potential leadership, with 24/7 coverage and strong emphasis on documentation, compliance, and cross-team coordination.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years in trade or market surveillance at an exchange or regulator.
• Hands-on experience investigating surveillance alerts.
• Knowledge of derivatives, futures, and digital assets.
• Ability to document findings clearly for internal and regulatory reviews.

Responsibilities

• Monitor real-time and post-trade activity for manipulation.
• Triage alerts, reconstruct orders, and assess violations.
• Coordinate with FCMs and clearing members to gather information.
• Help design case-management flows and automation as needed.
• Provide 24/7 coverage support as required.
