Multi-Strategy Digital Asset Fund in New York seeks a Senior Software Engineer specializing in OTC to strengthen our low-latency trading platform. You will design and maintain real-time systems with microsecond precision, supporting trade flow, risk, and internal reporting, while ensuring stability and high throughput.

Collaborate with a seasoned team to deploy robust infrastructure, optimize Linux-based services, and reduce latency with multithreading and lock-free data structures.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience with Rust/C++ or other systems language in OTC/trading environments
• 5+ years building real-time Linux systems
• Experience with unit testing frameworks and CI tools
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP socket programming
• Contributing to or leading diverse projects on large, complex software systems
• Experience with multithreading and concurrency

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain key infrastructure components of a low-latency financial platform, including trade flow management, position tracking, real-time risk, and internal reporting systems
• Develop systems to support full lifecycle of transactions from order handling to post-trade processing, settlement, and reconciliation
• Identify and advocate changes for stability and supportability of the system
• Provide continuity and stability to the production environment
• Respond quickly to production issues to minimize downtime and ensure high availability and performance
• Monitoring tools and root cause analysis
