Job summary

Partners Personnel is seeking multiple Logistics Operations Coordinators (Cross Dock Terminal) in Sacramento, CA. This 100% onsite, project-based role runs Oct 2026–Aug 2027 with paid training and a shift transition.

You will monitor freight flow, balance volume, coordinate resources, and resolve operational issues to meet service levels and network commitments. The role emphasizes flow orchestration and execution alignment on the warehouse floor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2–5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, sort center, or distribution operations.
• Experience in a high-volume, time-sensitive environment such as a sort center or cross-dock.

Responsibilities

• Monitor real-time freight flow across inbound, sortation, and outbound operations.
• Balance volume across lanes and zones to prevent congestion.
• Coordinate resources and adjust priorities to meet service levels.
• Identify bottlenecks and initiate corrective actions on the floor.
• Ensure alignment of system plans (WMS/TMS) with on-the-ground execution.
