Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience or a PhD in a related field.
• Experience with complex distributed systems, workflow modeling, state estimation, behavior trees, process automation, decision support, or autonomous decision systems.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, systems engineering, and real-time systems.
• Familiarity with neurovascular interventions, image-guided therapy, angiography, or clinical workflow optimization is a plus.
• Proficiency in Rust, Python, or C++, and software engineering following DevOps best practices.

• Model endovascular procedure workflows with phase entry/exit criteria and real‑world event handling.
• Develop fail-safe workflows and safe supervision logic for autonomous operation.
• Integrate inputs from real-time ML models and sensors for state estimation.
• Collaborate with computer vision and robotics teams to integrate imaging events into workflow logic.
• Work in a regulated medical-device environment and align with development teams in Germany.
