Responsibilities

• Coordinate and direct all distribution electric outage restorations.
• Issue clearance and switching orders to field personnel.
• Create, verify, and monitor switching and tagging orders per LOTO procedures.
• Maintain logs of daily activities and events for the distribution system.
• Assist during switching activities with System Operations Control Center.
• Utilize SCADA and OMS to monitor the grid and support restoration.
• Daily communication across multiple departments to ensure reliability.
