Job summary

NFL is seeking an Associate, Real-Time Systems to design, configure, operate, and troubleshoot real-time graphics that power NFL Media digital experiences. You will support Viz graphics workflows, ticker systems, L-Bar applications, and data integrations across FAST channels and RedZone platforms.

Responsibilities include live production support, data flow validation, and documentation, with collaboration across production, engineering, and operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience supporting broadcast graphics and real-time systems.
• Experience with Viz graphics platforms and live production environments.
• Working knowledge of networking, Windows administration, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to work independently in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Viz graphics systems and render engines for reliable delivery of graphics across platforms.
• Support end-to-end graphics workflows including data-driven Viz graphics and ticker content for on-air and digital presentation.
• Maintain RTS applications, databases, APIs, and automated page generation tools; validate data flow between services.
• Serve as frontline technical resource during live productions and resolve graphics, connectivity, software, and data issues.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and operations to support FAST channel graphics and L-Bar workflows.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, diagrams, and operational procedures; identify automation opportunities.
• Assist with prep, testing, deployment, and support for major league events (NFL Draft, Super Bowl, etc.).
