Job summary

The Associate, Real-Time Systems in Inglewood, CA, supports design, configuration, operation, and troubleshooting of the real-time systems behind NFL Media graphics across FAST channels, NFL+, RedZone, and other digital productions.

This role serves as a technical resource for Viz graphics workflows, ticker systems, L-Bar applications, data integrations, and real-time content delivery while helping ensure reliable operation of critical production systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
3+ years supporting broadcast graphics, digital media operations, production technology, or real-time systems.
Experience supporting Vizrt, graphics rendering systems, or similar real-time graphics platforms.
Working knowledge of networking, Windows administration, system configuration, and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with data-driven graphics, APIs, databases, and content automation workflows.
Experience supporting live production, digital streaming, or broadcast operations.
Ability to work independently in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.

Responsibilities

Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Viz graphics systems and render engines for reliable graphics delivery.
Support end-to-end graphics workflows including data-driven Viz graphics and ticker content.
Maintain RTS applications, databases, APIs, and automated page generation tools.
Diagnose live-production issues to minimize disruptions.
Collaborate with production, engineering, and operations on graphics delivery.
Create technical documentation and system inventories.
Assist with prep and deployment for major league events.
