Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Geology, Geophysics, Engineering, or a closely related field.
• Prior experience geosteering horizontal wells strongly preferred.
• Experience in well planning, drilling rig operations, geo-steering techniques, and mud logging practices is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for cross-disciplinary collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Geosteering horizontal wells in real time to optimize wellbore placement.
• Interpret subsurface data in real time and provide sound technical analysis.
• Interface with field personnel during operations and participate in technical decision-making.
• Work flexible hours including nights and weekends as needed.
