Responsibilities

• Receive and verify real-time transport data from the contracted logistics partner.
• Monitor shipment milestones (Origin, In-Transit, Destination) and align with SLAs.
• Audit data accuracy and escalate discrepancies per protocol.
• Compile data for daily, weekly, and monthly KPI reports.
