Job summary

Hunt Energy Network, a Dallas-based developer and operator of distributed energy resources, seeks an Associate Real Time Operator to support asset optimization and arbitrage strategies at its Network Optimization Center in Dallas. The role involves real-time analysis, reporting, and executing profitable dispatch strategies on a rotating DuPont schedule.

This contract-to-hire position includes relevant training and certifications.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in engineering, accounting, finance, economics or equivalent.
• Ability to analyze pricing/risk and support real-time decision making.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Optimize dispatch for a network of power assets using the traDER Max platform.
• React to ERCOT dispatch changes and market conditions in real time.
• Operate power generation assets including battery storage efficiently.
• Execute real-time dispatch and trading strategies per the commercial team.
• Collaborate with software and operations teams to ensure reliability and compliance.
