You will lead EMS upgrades, manage vendor interfaces, and implement best practices for availability, backups, and disaster recovery while collaborating with OT teams and business units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 6 years of relevant experience.
• Or Associate’s degree in a related field with 8 years of relevant experience.
• Or High school diploma/GED with 10 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Architect and own OT platform solutions for EMS (primary), SCADA, and ADMS, with a focus on the OSI Monarch EMS platform.
• Manage EMS platform vendor relationships and third‑party integrations; coordinate vendor support and roadmap direction.
• Define and enforce platform best practices for availability, backups, disaster recovery, and performance optimization.
• Lead cross‑functional technical efforts to deliver EMS capabilities and services; support controlled upgrades and modernization.
• Translate operational needs into EMS capabilities, maintaining platform ownership within OT.
• Evaluate emerging EMS/SCADA/OT technologies for operational impact and risk.
